Loopy is one of our oldest dogs adopted out. He is 9 years old, and was part of a hoarding case. At the time of rescue, Loopy was a matted and not cared for. After 9 years, he is getting his first real chance at a great new life! We are so happy that he found his forever home, and we know that his new mom will show him so much love and affection! He was adopted from the Pets Plus Natural Adoption Center in Fairless Hills, PA!
